This digital factory wholesale fan coil unit thermostat is designed to control the fans, valves, dampers or electric heater in fan coil units and heating applications. Such touch BACnet & Modbus FCU thermostat detects the room temperature with its integrated temperature sensor and compares it with the setpoint temperature. In the event of a deviation, the heating valve is opened in heating mode, and the cooling valve is opened in cooling mode. At the same time, the connected fan is activated depending on the control deviation and the set configuration. A connectable remote sensor can be used either for detecting the room temperature or as a changeover sensor in 2-pipe system or 4-pipe system
Equipped with standard BACnet MS/TP communication protocol, this thermostat realizes seamless access to building automation systems (BAS), enabling centralized monitoring, real-time data feedback, unified scheduling and remote group control for large-scale HVAC projects. It features high compatibility, stable transmission and strong anti-interference performance, perfectly adapting to intelligent building, hotel and commercial central control systems.
To better integrate with smart home system, this smart fcu thermostat also workable with tuya wifi.
