The FT-CS03 is a premium smart WiFi thermostat featuring a high-end 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen, precisely engineered for fan coil units (FCUs) and air handler heating or cooling applications.
Key Technical Capabilities:
Proportional Modulating Control: In the event of a temperature deviation, the 0-10V proportional output automatically modulates heating or cooling valves while adjusting fan speed (or EC motors) to minimize temperature fluctuations and maximize energy savings.
BMS Integration Ready: Built-in RS485 communication interface supporting standard Modbus RTU and BACnet protocols allows seamless, real-time connection to central Building Management Systems (BMS) in large commercial applications.
Intelligent Climate Sensing: The system detects ambient room temperature via its integrated sensor and cross-references it with the user's setpoint. It also supports connectable remote sensors for multi-zone temperature detection or changeover sensing in 2-pipe HVAC systems.
Notes: this FCU thermostat's relay module support max. 9 terminals, not all the functions mentioned above can intergrate into one unit, users can choose wiring accodingly.
