  The E-Tob validation lab plays an extreme important role during the product design and validation period. There're abundant lab tests are mandatory carried out during the process.We have all the neccesary facilities and instrument to make sure the thermostats meet the related norm which are request by CE/FCC/UL, the devices indlude the signal generator, network analyzer,spectrum analyzer,group pulse generattor, electric discharge generator,safety tester, RF shiled room, constant humidity and temperature tester..
  According to the different test scope the tests are divided to below parts:
  Hardware Test Includes EMC/Surge/Power/Safety/Hi-pot test/Static/Radio etc.. 
  * Chemical Test        * Salt spray test        * Envrionment Test
  * Constant temperature&humidty            *Physical test
  * Button/Plastic housing longevity / UV test 
  We will make sure all the products are passing related tests before they're entering to the production stage

  Before the product is officially released, the R&D department will verify the reliability and stability of the product in terms of software, hardware, structure, packaging, certification, etc., with more than 200 test items.
  Software: Control logic, Function, Communication, Input & Output detection, Sleep, Interaction, Storage, Clock, APP, etc.
  Hardware: Voltage,Power;  Output,Load,High and Low temperature, Salt spray, Surge,Radiation, Conduction,Insulation,EFT,Electric strength etc.
  Structure: Tensile Test, Bending Test,Screw Torsion Test etc.
  Packaging: Vibration Test,Stacking Pressure, Drop Test, Slope Impact, etc.
