This digital factory wholesale fan coil unit thermostat is designed to control the fans, valves, dampers or electric heater in fan coil units and heating applications. As a touch Modbus FCU thermostat, it detects the room temperature with its integrated temperature sensor and compares it with the setpoint temperature. In the event of a deviation, the heating valve is opened in heating mode, and the cooling valve is opened for cooling mode. At the same time, the connected fan is activated depending on the control deviation and the set configuration. A connectable remote sensor can be used either for detecting the room temperature or as a changeover sensor in 2-pipe system or 4-pipe system.
To better integrate with smart home and building automation systems, this smart FCU thermostat is workable with Tuya WIFI and optional BACnet compatibility (an open international standard for building management). By connecting to a home router or Building Management System (BMS), this intelligent RS485 FCU thermostat enables control anytime, anywhere, while BACnet support facilitates seamless centralized monitoring and integration for large-scale HVAC projects.
