In modern chilled beam and radiant cooling applications, surface condensation poses a serious risk of water damage, mold growth, and costly system downtime. The ES-02 Condensation Monitor serves as a proactive 24/7 guardian, directly measuring relative humidity on the coldest surfaces such as cooling pipes, beams, or ceilings.

 

How it works

When the surface relative humidity reaches the preset switching point (90% +/- 3% RH), the ES-02 immediately activates its potential-free relay output. This signal can be sent to your Building Management System (BMS) to raise chilled water temperature, close valves, or trigger an alarm — all before condensation actually forms.
