Introduction of the latest E-TOP mechanical thermostat

Like other mechanical thermostats, the HT-74 is suitable for indoor temperature control in industrial, commercial and civil buildings. By detecting indoor temperature and comparing it with a user-set temperature, the mechanical thermostat automatically controls air conditioning equipment to achieve the purpose of indoor constant temperature. Can be used as fan coil thermostat, floor heating thermostat, three-wire or two-wire electric valve thermostat.

The working principle:

A bimetal disc is used as a heat-sensitive reaction element after reaching a fixed temperature.  When temperature increases, the heat is transferred to the bimetal disc, and once the set temperature is reached, the bimetal disc will rapid action to disconnect or close the contact through a mechanism.  When temperature drops to the reset temperature setting, the bimetal disc will quickly recover, allowing the contact to close or disconnect, which achieves the purpose of switching on or off the circuit and controlling it.
